Establishment of the India-Drug Communication Network is another step taken by the Society and the WHO-India Programme on Essential Drugs towards the rational use of medicine in the country. The first comprehensive programme was inititated in Delhi State in late 1994. It is now being implemented in twelve states of India. Communication between interested persons is vital in a country as large, as populated, and as diverse as India. The India-Drug Network offers a mechanism for such communication. Please use it and help each other in this worthy endeavour.
