ProNut-HIV aims to share up-to-date information, knowledge and experiences on nutrition and HIV/AIDS. The topic of the discussion group is nutrition care and support of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), and the goal is to enhance positive living through proper nutrition care and support by promoting a constructive dialogue between PLWHA, front line workers, researchers, HIV/AIDS specialists and policy makers. The forum intends to focus primarily on the nutrition care and support of people living with HIV/AIDS. The expected outcome is to improve access for front line workers to up to date guidance on nutritional care and support, to motivate front line workers to provide more and improved nutrition care and support for PLWHA, and to empower PLWHA with the experiences of those who are living positively through proper nutrition. It is also expected that the exchange of information and experience will contribute to build consensus among front line workers and policy makers on the importance of nutrition care and support for PLWHA. To post a message to all the list members, send email to pronut-hiv@healthnet.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below. For more about Mailman, refer to the List Member Manual (also available as PDF document).

Send email to pronut-hiv-join@healthnet.org. The subject and body of the message will be ignored, so it doesn't matter what you put there. When you receive a confirmation message, reply to it to complete your request.
Subscribing to pronut-hiv via the Web
Subscribe to pronut-hiv by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
